Online Wingwave® Coaching in English & German
The fastest path out of stress — built for today’s overloaded mind.
Neuroscience-based stress processing.
In short: wingwave® is a short-term coaching method developed in Germany in 2001 by Cora Besser-Siegmund and Harry Siegmund. It combines REM-like eye movements or tapping, elements of NLP and a muscle test to find and process the stress emotions behind stress, anxiety, fears and emotional blocks. Andrea and Peter, certified wingwave coaches, work with you online in English or German. Coaching, not therapy. Start with a free 15-minute intro call.
A precision-guided method incorporating bilateral hemisphere stimulation — reaching hidden, generation-spanning subconscious blocks that often lie at the core of the challenges we address.

"The best time for a new beginning is NOW."
For more than 20 years, I have guided people toward inner balance, self-awareness, and authenticity — combining biography work, kinesiology, and Enneagram training with ICF-certified coaching.
Of all the methods I’ve explored, Wingwave® coaching has proven the most effective for releasing stress, anxiety, and emotional blocks. It’s now my primary approach — precise, gentle, and remarkably fast at creating real, lasting change.
My goal is simple: to help my clients reconnect with their own inner resources, so they can show up in life with confidence, freedom, and authenticity.

"Deciding to change rarely helps if unresolved emotions from the past are still shaping the present."
For over 20 years, I’ve explored a wide range of methods, always searching for what truly works — for myself and for others. I spent years as a corporate trainer for major companies before moving into coaching, and along the way I led countless workshops on self-awareness and methodical empathy. Then I found Wingwave® — and it changed my life. That’s why I’m so committed to helping others experience the same shift.
I’ve also studied psychological astrology extensively, training with Swiss, British, and American schools — a bridge between the practical and the more spiritual approaches to understanding a person’s path. What I’ve come to see clearly is this: a person’s destiny only becomes truly visible once it’s no longer weighed down by transgenerational, prenatal, or early birth trauma.
Wingwave doesn’t make life problem-free — but it helps you stand upright, feel your own strength, and make clear decisions in whatever situation life brings, instead of being carried along by patterns you never consciously chose.
Watching that shift happen in someone is, quite simply, why I do this work.

What is Wingwave?
Wingwave® coaching is a scientifically grounded method developed in Germany in 2001 by two psychotherapists, Cora Besser-Siegmund and Harry Siegmund. Its defining strength: fast, precise, and deep results — delivered gently.
What makes Wingwave unique is how it combines cutting-edge neuroscience with classic coaching tools and the best practices in stress relief. Its core insight: lasting change isn’t just about willpower — it’s about releasing the unprocessed emotional experiences stored in the subconscious, anchored in the limbic system of the nervous system, that quietly hold you back. Left unresolved, these create lasting synaptic connections that shape the nervous system’s response long-term — driving stress, panic, anxiety, and automatic behaviors you didn’t consciously choose.
Wingwave combines two elements into one precise process: 1.) The Muscle Test: Developed by Dr. Yoshiaki Omura, a Japanese-American physician, cardiologist, oncologist, and researcher. This test allows us to pinpoint the exact source of a specific challenge—whether it stems from fear, tension, loneliness, shame, guilt, surprise, or physical stress reactions like overload, strain, or injury. In Wingwave coaching, there is no guesswork and no lengthy analysis. There is also no need to relive family history or past painful memories to release the unprocessed emotional blocks stored in the nervous system.
2.) Once located, we use EMDR-based bilateral stimulation (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, a widely used trauma-processing technique) — eye movements or bilateral tapping — to induce a REM phase, similar to what happens naturally during sleep, and help your brain reprocess and release it while fully awake. During REM sleep, the brain’s emotional processing center (the amygdala) becomes highly active while stress-hormone levels drop — allowing emotional memories to be processed and stored without the same intensity of feeling attached to them. But with major trauma, this natural REM processing often becomes disrupted itself — the brain gets stuck in a loop where the trauma can’t fully process, which is exactly where Wingwave steps in to help.
The butterfly is Wingwave’s symbol for a reason: it represents the complete transformation that Wingwave often brings about in a person’s life — like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly. Releasing even one deep-rooted trauma can set off a ripple effect (butterfly-effect), reshaping how someone shows up in their relationships, work, and everyday life.
In each session, we quickly identify and resolve the emotional blocks that show up on the surface as anxiety, low self-confidence, performance blocks, or chronic stress, etc. The process delivers surprisingly effective, lasting results — in many cases, real change is felt after just a few sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Wingwave really work online?
Yes — Wingwave works fully online via video call (WhatsApp, Messenger, Zoom, Signal, Google Meet, etc.) with the same precision and effectiveness as in-person sessions. In online sessions, we perform the muscle test on ourselves on your behalf, while you perform the bilateral tapping yourself, following simple instructions. Many of our clients work with us entirely remotely, wherever they are in the world.
How many sessions will I need?
It entirely depends on the topic you want to focus on. Many specific blocks and stress points shift beautifully in just a few sessions. On average, clients experience deep, lasting progress within 12–14 sessions.
For deeper, more complex, or long-standing patterns, we simply take it step-by-step, working through the layers over a longer period. Furthermore, once people experience the rapid relief and effectiveness that Wingwave brings, they often choose to bring in new personal or professional goals to work on next.
Do I need to talk about my problem in detail?
A brief conversation helps at the start — understanding your current challenges and blocks accurately lets us test precisely and track your progress over time. But you’re never required to go into deep detail if you’d rather not. Wingwave doesn’t rely on lengthy talking or analysis — the muscle test does the real work of locating exactly what needs to shift.
What do people experience in a session?
Wingwave is a deeply physical, tangible experience. As stress is processed and released, clients most frequently report a profound sense of physical relief and a literal “sigh of relief.”
During the session, it is completely natural to feel muscle tension, pressure, or heaviness in different parts of your body — but these sensations simply come and go. People literally feel through their own bodies how the accumulated stress moves and processes out of their system, leaving them feeling lighter and more grounded.
Does Wingwave work for children too?
Yes — Wingwave is suitable for children and teens from around age 6, and works especially well for school-related stress, exam anxiety, attention difficulties, and building confidence. Younger clients often respond even faster than adults, since they’re naturally less analytical and more emotionally present.
What happens in a session?
We start by identifying what you’d like to work on. Using the muscle test, we pinpoint the exact emotional block behind it — no guesswork. Then, through guided bilateral stimulation (eye movements or tapping), we help your brain reprocess and release that block in real time. Sessions are interactive and collaborative — you’ll notice the shift yourself, often within the same session.
Do I need any special preparation before a session?
No special preparation is needed. Just come as you are, ideally somewhere quiet where you won’t be interrupted (especially for online sessions). It can help to have a general sense of what you’d like to work on, but you don’t need to prepare a detailed explanation in advance.
Is Wingwave scientifically proven?
Wingwave draws on scientifically well-established foundations: the role of REM sleep in emotional processing, and bilateral stimulation techniques rooted in EMDR — one of the most researched trauma-processing methods in psychology today. The muscle-testing component has been studied specifically in connection with Wingwave, though — like most coaching methods — the approach as a whole is best described as evidence-informed rather than clinically proven through large-scale trials. What we can say with confidence: in practice, most clients notice a clear, tangible shift, often from the very first session.
Is this therapy or coaching — and what's the difference?
Wingwave is coaching, not psychotherapy — and that’s part of what makes it so effective. Traditional therapy often works by talking extensively through a problem over many months. Wingwave takes a different route: instead of analyzing the past in depth, it uses a precise muscle test to locate the exact emotional block, then resolves it directly through targeted bilateral stimulation. That means faster results, without needing a clinical diagnosis, a long intake process, or repeated retelling of difficult experiences. It’s a practical, results-focused approach — ideal for anyone who wants real change without a long-term therapeutic process.
Are there problems Wingwave can't help with / isn't advised for?
Yes. Wingwave isn’t advised for everyone, and we’re upfront about that. It’s not suitable for people with personality disorders such as borderline personality disorder, dissociative identity disorder (multiple personality), or diagnosed conditions such as schizophrenia or severe bipolar disorder — these require specialized psychiatric or psychotherapeutic care, not coaching. We also don’t work with clients who are on heavy, regular psychiatric medication, since this can significantly affect how the nervous system responds to the process. If you’re uncertain whether Wingwave is right for your situation, we’re happy to discuss it during your free consultation — and if it’s not the right fit, we’ll tell you honestly and, where possible, point you toward more suitable support.
